The Scanstrut DS16-P-BLK Vertical Cable Seal provides a secure, watertight solution for routing electrical cables through decks, roofs and exterior panels. Designed for cables measuring 2–8 mm and pre-fitted connectors up to 16 mm in diameter, it is ideal for marine, campervan, solar, antenna and other outdoor installations.

Its compact, dome-shaped housing is manufactured from UV-stable, high-impact plastic for enhanced durability and impact resistance. An IP68-rated seal, waterproof 3M base gasket and corrosion-resistant 316 stainless-steel fixings help protect cable entry points from water and harsh outdoor conditions.

Captive nuts make assembly simple and allow the seal to be removed and reinstalled reliably. Pre-drilled, blank and split bung options provide installation flexibility and allow many cables to be fitted without removing their existing connectors.
