Folding 18mm 450x 300mm Black HEXA Birch table top phenolic ply buffalo board camper

Our ever popular 18mm Folding Black HEXA Birch Small table top (also called phenolic ply buffalo board)

450x 300mm (please allow +/- 5mm tolerance) with radius corners to remove the sharp edges.

18mm thick (17-18.5mm approx as it varies)

One side had the embossed hexagon pattern the other side is smooth matt black.

These come lightly sanded and edge rounded over with a router to remove the sharp corners. we usually router the edges with a 3mm round over bit.

This comes with Table top and 2 folding brackets for you to assemble however you wish.

screws included to fit the table to the brackets but you will need 4 screws to attach the brackets to your wall/material (we dont provide these as it depends on your requirements.

 

the edges are left bare for you to further sand if you wish and you can leave as is or wax , stain , paint or varnish the core.

We personally love Osmo oiling the edges to make the edges pop.

Great screw retention and sustainably sourced Birch ply!

Please note this is an industrial grade material and you may find slight imperfections in both laminates and or slight voids in the core.

Anything really noticeable we do look out for.
