Please note. There is also a 353×353 size available but this allows the same amount of light and air through the fans and lid are the same only the shrouds are different. This larger shroud unit is generally easier to fit to pre existing skylight replacements that are 400x400mm.
These in our opinion are the best roof fan you can have in your camper. They are the most powerful on the market as well as the strongest. Being made originally for the US market they are designed with durability in mind. easy to fit fit and install.
TIP often with 12v electrics red is live, on the Maxxfan the Black is live and white is Earth.

In the course of business we have now fitted several of these Maxxfans in the 400 x 400 size in our occasional bespoke Camper builds. There is nothing on the market, that we are aware of, that can compete with the features offered by the Maxxfan.
Well designed fitting, excellent performance in use, reliable, loved by our customers, and us, in our own Sprinter 319 camper.
Minimal battery drain but superb air movement, in or out! Quite effective at keeping ‘flying biters’ out of the van when set to blow in, and with windows a little open for ventilation and to permit air movement. Just clear the dead insects from the mesh covering the fan!
On hot and humid nights these Maxxfans provide comfortable air flow through the vehicle to aid a good nights sleep with minimal sound and low power consumption.
Occasionally we have to leave our 2 Welsh Terriers in the camper, and yet again we know the programmable temperature control on the Maxxfan will keep the van safe and comfortable for our canine companions.
We won’t fit anything else.
