- When fitted the hand brake may need to be released to operate and or the opening of driver door may be needed to accommodate the swivel while in operation.
- Cannot be used with a passenger bench/double seat as it stops it from turning
FASP seat swivels are designed and manufactured in two different ways in order to suit the various seats of new vehicles.
The 1300 style is made with sections of welded steel which gives a very strong and heavy finish.
It is also a much lighter design as the thinner sheet of steel is pressed in order to give strength. The 1305 also uses ball bearings to aid a smooth swivel action. There are various level of approvals that can be gained for swivels. The swivel plate has original seat fixation points (for each model).
