Our Hexa phenolic birch ply is supplied in full 8 × 4 ft sheets and is available in a choice of 6.5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 18mm thicknesses, making it easy to select the right board for your project.
The boards feature a smooth satin-black finish on one side and a distinctive black Hexa-pattern surface on the reverse, giving you a smart, professional finish alongside the strength and durability of a birch plywood core.

Black Hexa board is particularly popular for campervan garage floors, rear storage areas, equipment lockers and van flooring, where a tough surface is needed to cope with regular use. It is also widely used in race transporter trailers and motorsport vehicles.
